Colleen Trabold
Auction Source Austin owner, Colleen Trabold, moved to Austin four years ago. A dedicated philanthropist and an active volunteer in the schools of her 3 children, Colleen encountered many of the same fundraising challenges here in Austin that she experienced in Dallas. As The Episcopal School of Dallas’ 2001 Auction Chair and the 2009 Board President of The Elisa Project, a Dallas based non-profit, Colleen appreciates the demands and expectations of fundraising professionals. With her MBA degree from the University of Miami, combined with her extensive civic volunteer experiences, Colleen capitalized on the opportunity to merge both a business and a philanthropic endeavor as she launched Auction Source Austin in January of 2011.
Barbara Crockett
Barbara Crockett is an Austin native, graduating from Austin High and the University of Texas. She went on to medical school and residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, and was a practicing OB/Gyn there for 20 years. While in Dallas, Barbara worked with Auction Source extensively as a volunteer for her children’s school auctions. She is thrilled to be back home to Austin and to now be working with clients as an Auction Source Representative.
Elizabeth Hughes
Elizabeth Hughes was an Auction Source client in Dallas before joining Auction Source Austin in March 2011. As The Episcopal School of Dallas’ Parents’ Association President in 2001, she hired Auction Source to automate the school’s annual fundraising event. The decision to do so proved priceless. Since its inaugural debut at the ESD Auction, The Parents’ Association has continued to contract with Auction Source annually. Prior to moving to Austin and joining Auction Source Austin, Elizabeth served as the Executive Director of a Dallas based, non-profit agency. A graduate of Vanderbilt University, she went on to complete her graduate degree in clinical psychology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She and her family are looking forward to calling Austin home!
